This week’s update included information on the following sports and activities:

Girls Basketball- there will be a girls’ basketball evaluation for Indy Girls Hoop League teams for any current 6th. 7th, or 8th grade girl tomorrow, Monday, March 15th from 6:30-8:30 at Guion Creek Middle School. For more information contact George Baker at GLBakerJr@comcast.net or 317-797-8659

Volleyball- any girl currently in 8th grade who is interested in playing volleyball at the high school next year please click on the following link to find information for the call-out meeting that will provide the information you will need.
Pike High School Volleyball Information
Spring Sports- Spring sports practices will continue this week from 4:15-6:15. Please refer to each sports practice schedules or coaches instructions for specific dates. If parents need to drop of equipment for athletes they should do so after school at the practice locations. Drop-offs are not allowed during the school day.
Please read the following information concerning spring sports participation and complete any necessary steps:
- Athletic Participation for Spring Sports- the following is information regarding eligibility for participation in a spring sport. In order to participate all athletes must have either a valid 2019-20 physical on file or obtain a new physical and submit it to the athletic director via in-person Step 7 of the Activity Registration or for new athletes must complete a new registration. - Notifications will only be made if a practice or athletic contest has been cancelled. Every effort will be made to post any updates by 2:00 pm.
Cheerleading- There will be a call-out meeting on Wednesday, April 8th from 4:15-6:15 for any 6th or 7th-grade girls interested in trying out for cheerleading at NAN for the 2021-22 school year. More information will be distributed as to what the girls will need to bring.
